Does anybody know which frequencies are allocated for registration-free PMRs in Thailand?
In particular, can the 446.00625 to 446.09375 MHz bands be used by unregistered PMRs?
Alternatively: which frequencies can be used in reality, so one can actually communicate without violating regulations or if violating, doing so unpunished?
