I was at CCV last week and the sign in the bathroom clearly stated it was okay to flush small amounts of TP.

Aaaah. I must have read the signs wrong. Last time I was there, I used to dump in the trashcan and put the TP in the terlet. I guess I read those signs all wrong. Those housekeepers gave me some strange looks. Now I understand why...
