This was a tough one! Your photos are beautiful. I love how close you got to the creatures. I've never been to Raja Ampat and am solely looking out of the ID books I have at the house.
#9 looks like a Redspotted Blenny
#8 looks like a Streaky Rockskipper (Blenny family).
