Also would it be better for me to buy one that does not have integrated weight system because while I'm travelling I would have to carry my integrated weights around with me. :dontknow:

Any advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Zeagle Express tech. And why would you have to carry your weights with you if it was integrated? You just take them out of the pockets and replace them with the operators weights. Still I prefer a weight belt myself and find integrated weights a pain anyway.

Thanks alot. I have never used integrated before. So operators keep weights for people to use then. DOH! I didnt realise this.

They use the same weights that you would put on a belt. I think you're confusing the pockets that pull out of the BC with the weights themselves. The pockets are specific to the BC, so you carry those, only they're empty.

I second the idea of the DSS kydex plate/tropical wing.

A simple hog harness with a back plate of choice and a travel wing.

They get real flat and can even go carry on if need be. There are people on SB who have carried on many times their stainless steel back plates, and wings, on planes, recently.

Just don a weight belt you're good to go when you get there.

Believe it or not, the BP/W can be lighter than the lightweight systems.

My Zeagle Scout packs well and works great.

The Dive Rite Transpac T3000, and Travel Wings, along with the Transpac's 16lb weight pockets, and Dive Rite 1" Crotch Strap would make (IMO) an Awesome lightweight Travel BC set up...
