It is about 5 cm. Caribbean.
I suspect Elysia genus, but distinct from a lettuce leaf slug.

This one has two rhinophores - you can see on the left. I don’t think it is a flat worm. I think it will be a some type of a sea slug.

I don't see any rhinophores. Can you zoom in on them?
 
Lettuce Sea Slug has a very similar pair of rhinophores and also a corrugated frame, thus, was my supposition of this guy being related. Hopefully, someone has seen it and will be able to identify the species.
 
Looks like an Elysia Crispata ( Lettuce Leaf Sea Slug) all decked out for Halloween. Striking coloration on topside, Although the underside appears to be pretty much the same. Have seen different colorations from Bay Islands to Cayman Islands.
