Ok, I just got back from the Caribbean and diving in St. Lucia and St. Kitts. I have several critters that I can't I.D. Some I know the category but not which one the are specifically. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The following are from St. Lucia. I think this is a Squirrelfish?

Not sure about these blue/black fish

I think this is a Cowfish?

I saw this in St. Lucia/St. Kitts. It's very sheer, shiny. Looks delicate

And I think this is some kind of Angelfish. Can't find it's actual name

Ok, here are the ones from St. Kitts.
This first photo, they are little, tan fish. Look close.

OK I can identify 90% of your stuff off the top of my head the others I'm not 100% and need my books at home...

But

# 1 Black bar soldierfish
2. Blue Chromis
3.,Smooth Trunkfish
4.Bubble algae ( some speiece)
5. Some Species of sea whip
6. and 7. are Surgeon fish
8. Very common fish, bridled goby
9. Can't remember off the top of my head
10. Blue head wrasse
11. Juvenile / intermediate French Angel
12. At first glance I thought they were felmale blueheads but don't think so.

As I said I don't have any fish ID books with me so thats probably the best I can do..

Who did you dive with ?

Wow... that's great for not having books with you....lol.... Thanks....
I went diving with Dive Fair Helen in St. Lucia and kenneth's dive center in St. Kitts.

looking closely it seems there actually may be a brittle star wrapped around there, maybe thats the critter she was going for not sure, I took once glance and thought she was talking about the entire thing

Actually, I don't recall if there was anything else in there. I just recall all these red, twisty things. Thought they were pretty. lol......

I agree with all of the id's. I do think that the fish in #12 are juv. blue heads (Thalasoma bifasciatum). The only other possibility would be juv. spotfin hogfish(Bodianus pulchellus), but with the darker band running behind the eye, makes me think bluehead.
For #9 i think early initial phase of a yellow head wrasse(Halichoeres garnoti) along with the smaller fish that look like juv. Redband parrotfish (Sparisoma aurofrenatum)
