Hi,

We'll be sailing on a Southern Caribbean cruise for a week, starting Jan 10.
The ports of call are:

Charlotte Amalie, St Thomas,
Phillipsburg, St Marteen,
St John's , Antigua
Castries, St Lucia,
Bridgetown, Barbados
We'll be arriving at 7 AM to each port and depart at 5 pm.

Please advise one or two sites and operators.
Diving level: PADI OW , 30-40 dives.
Want to dive with a local DM.
Interested in corals and marine life.
Thank you

I recommend:

Antigua - Indigo Divers
St. Lucia - Scuba St. Lucia
St. Thomas - Blue Island Divers

hope this helps

We're on the same itin. Which cruise line? We're on RCI - Serenade. Was thinking of going with Dive Fair Helen in St. Lucia and probably Blue Barbados based on the recommendations.

For St. Thomas, I would go with Admiralty Dive Center. They have the BEST customer service you could ask for and a great variety of dive sites. They'll set up all your gear for you and pick you up right at the cruise ship dock. Call and talk to Duane or Laura at the shop and they'll help you with anything you want to know!

For the record, Blue Island Divers has been sold and is currently under new management. I would reserve judgment as to how the op is doing as it's not the same crew as was there a few years ago.

I like Duane and Laura from Admiralty and we've worked with them in the past, however I'll shamelessly plus my own shop as I feel that our customer service is as good or better than anyone else on the island. We are happy to work with cruise ship guests to make sure they have the best dives we can offer here in St. Thomas.
