PLB beacon registration not working

Is this site dead or just not reachable from a phone ... or is the government shut down again... or?

Tried to register a PLB for 1/2 hour now
Cannot get that site to pop up. All else seems to work, Internet connection wise thru phone network.

Can you force your browser into non-mobile mode?

Worked like a charm (same phone) once on wifi, but no chance via phone network, even with excellent fast connection.

Desktop site requested or not made no difference. (Know how to request it, don't know how to force it). On the phone network, even when the speed was fast enough to watch video, that site just refused to come up...
