Plaza or Divi?

Can anyone advise on the mosquito/black fly levels in Bonaire either around Columbus Day or Thanksgiving. I'm planning a fall dive holiday, but I'm a bug magnet. Is one resort better or worse than the others in terms of bug levels and protection against bugs? Thanks

We haven't stayed at the Plaza, but we love the Divi. In fact, our group will also be there in July. When are you going?

FYI - The Divi is conveniently located within walking distance to town, has a decent house reef, the on-site restaurant is excellent, and the dive staff is exceptional.
