Playa Conchal area, north of Tamarindo

Hello, we are traveling to Costa Rica this Feb. 13th to 21st. We are heading to the Flamingo/Playa del Coco area just north of Tamarindo. Most of the places that we have found that we like are there. We will bounce around different hotels looking for the one we like most for our wedding one year from feburary. I plan on diving with Aquacenter dive op. We are looking at different hotels like the Flamingo Marina Resort, Hotel Sugar Beach, etc. This is our first trip so we really don't know where to stay. We kind of wanted to just get down there and stay where ever caught our eye. Do you have any hotels to reccommend in this area? any to stay away from? Do we need to make reservations? or do they commonly book up in feburary? THanks, Nik

Does anyone have an opinion of the Conchal Hotel in Brasilito? It's hard to figure out where to stay just searching online!!!

We are hoping to find lesser expensive hotels. not dumps, but we don't need super luxury as we will be out diving/exploring our entire trip. we will just be sleeping in the hotel. thanks for any advice!!!

We also want to find a place to do the zip line tours. Are there any in that general area?
