Hi everyone,

I recently launched a web app I originally built for my own dive travel planning — and thought it might be useful to fellow divers here on ScubaBoard as well:
I Dream of Diving - Plan your perfect dive trip

I dream of diving...
This site will help make those dreams come true.

Whether you're just starting to explore options or narrowing down a liveaboard itinerary, this app helps you:
  • Discover your ideal destination from an interactive world map featuring over 16,000 dive sites
  • Filter dive sites by sea water temperature for your intended month of travel
  • Avoid destinations during tropical cyclone seasons
  • Identify the nearest airports to your chosen dive areas
  • Search for flights to those destinations
  • Use filters to fine-tune results: find flights that match your budget, total travel time, layover preferences, or even specific arrival dates (perfect for liveaboards)
I built it because I wanted something that would let me explore dive regions and flight options side by side — without the usual spreadsheet juggling. If that sounds familiar, this might save you some time and effort.

The service runs on a freemium model: you get a generous number of searches for free, and if it proves helpful, you’re welcome to contribute to help keep it running.

Check it out and let me know what you think:
