Late last night I had placed my order on the Golem Gear website. Order confirmation showed up in my in-box within moments. Card was charged.
Today; this morning while at work, I saw a confirming message of my order having been shipped- and a UPS tracking number. As I type this the ss backplate/ 35 lb wing / hog harness and weight pouches are en route.
This gentleman is running from what I can tell, a one-man operation and there has been some previous hair pulling and jumping about regarding his inventory stock and poor customer service.
I can say the experience for me has been seamless. From an online shopping perspective, it's been exactly what I'd expect. With me he gets 'five out of five' stars. So kudos to Jakub !
