is there any hope for this picture, can any one fix it, i will appreciate any help anyone can give me, this was a tough shot to get on the spure of the moment, and i had no time to make any changes or adjustments, thanks for looking!!!! :D

That's a hell of a picture as it is..

But I bet some of the whizes around here can make it real purdy

Looks pretty good to me Jim, new camera? Nice shot. :D

nice shot, man!! just a little photoshop ( sharpness, color) and it'll really rock. if it's digital, put it on a card and take it to walgreens or cvs and tweak it yourself a little. you may be able to straighten out a few things yourself with the few controls on the machine and make it a little better. it's only a couple bucks for an 8x10. i've noticed that most of the time the print looks alot better than what is shown on the screen. i think it kicks, as is.

WOW! Great capture.

I'm not a PS guru but I'd use the healing brush to sort out some of the backscatter and then funk around a bit to try to separate the bird from the background just a tad.

But you done good as is!!

Here is my try.

I cloned out some of the backscatter, sharpened the bird and then blurred the backgroud a bit

your timing was excellent! were you expecting that bird or was it a random encounter shot with precision timing?

Kinda makes the bird looks like he's offgassing a bit........

Seriously, good shot, both the orignal and the re-do.. I like the way you made the bird stand out there.
