Picture attachments fail

I have been trying for over a week also. The uploads fail.

dunno....

but if you'll notice the dates on those, some people (me included) had the problem from 2007 until 2009. So doesn't mean it "gets fixed more often"

Oh the smilie works now, cool.

Actually it always did. But it only works in all uppercase letters. The lower case version doesn't create the image.
