I tried to load a pic for my profile but got the message it was to big. How in the cat hair do I make it smaller?

If you use Microsoft Photo Editor, I believe there's an option to shrink the picture -- cut the resolution down, which will decrease the size. (It'll be something like Image -- Resize(

I think it needs to be 100*100 pixels/<25kb.
Reduce the jpeg quality, and look at the disk size. I had a little difficulty with my avitar - I kept having to reduce the quality down.
