Phuket 2019 x12 looking for Travel Agent/Diving Recommendations

hi all! starting to plan our honeymoon feb 2019 x12 people that include instructors and DM's.

i've found its difficult to find a US travel agency with experience with
dive Ops & hotel recommendations for Phuket, so here I am

We have a list of hotels to inquire about, and a live aboard that we're interested in....
i seem to be drawn to this liveaboard for four days of our 10
Hallelujah Liveaboard Thailand

i'm curious if any of you can recommend an agent that 1) speaks English 2) is communicative 3) will work with us on payment plans and hotel options

any recommendations on where to start would be helfpul, thanks
