I've seen several threads with pics uploaded right to the thread. When I try to upload pics, it says my file size is too big. I can't figure out how to make the file size smaller. Can anyone please help me out?

This is what I get when I try to upload pictures, "Upload of file failed." Mine are sized correctly as I have posted on this board numerous times in the past before it crashed. I am using Firefox...any ideas?

I think you have to upload it in something like photobucket, then you have from here an address of your image that you copy and past in the thread.

Yes that does work by linking the pictures and I have done that recently.
Maybe you have to be a supporting member in order to post photos on this website?

Nah, it's just that the Gallery isn't running on all 12 cylinders yet...
