Just back from a 5-week trip around South East Asia, including a week diving from the wonderful Sipada-Kapalai Dive Resort. The highlight was most definitely the two days (6 dives) at Sipadan.
Also the maiden voyage (well aside from 1 or 2 test runs at home) for the new camera - Nikon P7000. A little disappointed in the colour but I don't have external strobes - well didn't, but they've since been added!
Hopefully next time the beautiful colours will be shown off much better. There's a few more on my website, but don't want to clog up the forums with a million photos. Just a taste on here.

Enjoy, criticise, compliment or just look. Your choice :)
(constructive criticism is most welcome!).

Great shots- did you not shoot in RAW? I'm sure you could put a bit more colour back in to the sleeping turtle...

I did shoot in raw - my housing doesn't let me change white balance - and too much to look at!
Unfortunately I haven't yet figured out how to process Nikon RAW (my dry SLR is a Pentax and I'm yet to download camera raw for Nikon).
I'll see how I go with the RAW and getting some colour back. Thanks :)

[*On an unrelated note, I notice you're in the Maldives. My girlfriend is already planning a trip there (mentally, if not financially)! Since we got home she's been googling just about every single dive site in the world.]

Lovely pictures. I really like the first one. The turtle posing and showing off his barnacles in the foreground, fish and coral in the background - there's quite a lot going on in that picture.
