Below are some photos from my trip aboard Deep Blue in the Galapagos last week. Unfortunately, no whale sharks and the hammerheads, silkies, and Galapagos sharks tended to stay on the "edge" of visibility, making getting good photos difficult.

Here is a link to some other photos from the trip, both underwater and topside

Cool, thanks for sharing. Now I can't wait, hopefully if everything goes as planned, I will be on the Agressor in Galapagos next April. I can hardly wait :)
I hope the sharks will cooperate a bit more with photo taking but I might have to rethink the 10.5mm if they won't come that close :(

Very interesting pics! I'm diggin the Turtle hiding away amoungst the eels and the comorants!

I've gotta go with the turtle as my favorite - nice shots and thanks for sharing them.

Thanks for the kind words. I shoot with a Canon Digital Rebel in a Sea & Sea housing with dual Sea & Sea ys-120 strobes. The lens on all of these photos was the standard 18-55mm lens that comes with the camera using a focus gear on the housing to change from "wide" to "macro" as needed underwater.

thanks for sharing those...they are all really nice. i love the baby seals..they are really cute.

Nice shots, my favourite is the red lipped bat fish, fantastic.
