Interesting technic, slinging the tanks, none on the back. Is that common cave practice? When I did the Cenotes down there we had our tanks on our backs

Yes that is a typical style for cave diving. It allows for easier passage in tight areas.

Hmm... helmet? I'm thinking maybe that British dude or his German buddy.
The pic looks A LOT like what you would see in Nohoch but I guess it could also be Sak Aktun... or maybe another similar system. I don't have enough dives there to be sure but my gut feeling is Nohoch.
