Photo remains in Queue

I been trying to upload an image but the Gallery seems to have an issue.
After the first upload screen it says upload was successful but the picture is not added to my gallery.
When I return to the upload page it shows 1 picture in the Queue. when I click it the same process repeats but still no picture in my gallery.

I had to remove your queue, so you must re-upload your photos.
