Thanks for the compliment. That picture was taken at the La Bufadora, on the Pacific coast of northern baja CA, Mexico. Its about 30 minutes from Ensenada and about 3 hours from San Diego. Great diving for those of us in Socal who are willing to cross the border. The La Bufadora is one of my favorite cold water places to dive, every bit a good as the channel islands but the life is quite a bit difference as there is a cold current in the area.
