photo change

I've been trying to change the photo on my profile. I've unloaded the one that's there, added the new one and clicked save changes, but I keep getting the message "this photo has not been verified"

what's up with that?

Similar for me -- I tried to upload a photo, I believe 5 days ago. The picture did upload, it's on the SB server, but it still shows " This image hasn't been verified."

I believe the "This image hasn't been verified" message is from an old addon we had at one point; I am trying to remove it but have not been able to find the evil code thus far.
