Petrel 2 Bluetooth?

Anyone got any tips/tricks on getting a Petrel 2 to connect to anything outside of the outstandingly bad Shearwater Cloud 2 App ?

Devices and software that I have tried to connect:

• iPhone 11 MacDive & Subsurface
• iPad Pro MacDive & Subsurface
• 2019 Macbook Pro MacDive and Subsurface (both in boot camp and in MacOS)
• Pixel 5 Subsurface]
• Windows Desktop Subsurface

Nothing wants to talk to this petrel other than Shearwater cloud app.

• Updated firmware
• Replace battery
• Made sure device was off between connections

Teric, Perdix, and Nerd are all fine. I mean the goal is to get MacDive to work with this computer, I would highly reluctantly settle on subsurface working.

No, I have never been able to get to download to Subsurface on my laptop, but downloads to the Shearwater App on my Android phone.
