No, from website and satillite, it is between Money bar (800 yards South) and Dolphin pin on the main road (Maybe 400 yards from water). New facility only shows up on recent satillite imagey.

One picture on website shows exactly where it is. The Google location pin is incorrect.
 
It is really Suites Cozumel

The location on this map is correct. The facility is new, only shows completed within a year fro satellite imagery
