Never had an issue before - I have tried 5-6 times now to update my Perdix AI via bluetooth via my phone/app. Has always worked in the past with 0 issues. With the newest update though it is failing every time.

I have never been able to make it work via PC, but my phone/app has always worked flawlessly.

Any ideas?

Firmware: v81/BT09

Hardware: AI-02A

And based on my firmware number - I would assume I have the newest version but since it failed I am not 100% sure what the deal is.......Will it fail if you already have the latest version?
 
Are you attempting to use an Iphone?
If so, try with an android or PC.
Iphone and shearwater don't always function perfectly together.
It has to do with the power of their bluetooth.

Iphone has always worked best - PC wont even connect to it even with their BT dongle. :(
