Howdy,
I know it is within 12 months, and for the first service they give a grace period so can be within 18 months.
But is this from PURCHASE DATE or delivery of goods.
Reason being is I paid for the goods, but was not given them until around 4 weeks later.
This means on my registration online, the PURCHASE DATE is out of the 18 months, but the DELIVERY date, which is not shown anywhere, is within the 18 months.
