Partial Pressure Gas Blending Station
Up for sale is a "Top Of The Line" partial pressure gas blending system. This system can be used to mix any nitrox or trimix diving gas that you desire including anoxic, normoxic, hyperoxic, mixes along with 100% O2 fills for your fully closed circuit rebreathers, medical O2and deco bottles. The system comes with all the adapters to fill nitrox tanks, rebreather bottles, SCBA's, and medical O2 bottles. You name the cyclinder and/or the dive gas mix and you can fill it with this system. System comes with the following: (All components are 100% O2 compatible)
1) Manifold w/mounting bracket and static electricity ground line
2) Four steel braided fill whips (Can be converted between DIN and yoke style valves. Also included are medical O2 and high pressure (SCBA) fill adapters that can be attached to one of the fill whips for filling these style of cylinders)
3) Digital pressure gauge
4) Helium, Oxygen, Hyper Air control valves to control gas flow (These control valves also have directional valves so you cannot backfill any of your supply cylinders)
5) Helium, Oxygen, Hyper Air needle valves to control gas flow rates so you don't exceed accepted safe fill rates
6) Main Helium and Oxygen steel braided supply lines include analog supply pressure gauges, hand tight nut nipples, and bleeder valves. These lines also come equipped with high pressure quick disconnects so that you can quickly and easily change from a cascade supply set-up to a boosted supply set- up using the gas booster.
7) Also included is all the hardware such as steel braided pig tails and nut nipples to build a three cylinder Oxygen and Helium cascade system for supply to the manifold or booster.
8) Hydraulics International O2 clean gas booster (This unit can be driven from just about any air source including a low pressure compressor, a high pressure cascade storage system aor even from scuba cylinders for field use if you desire) Booster includes muffler for quieter operation. Input 150 PSI Max; Output 9,000 PSI
9) Donaldson Ultrafilters with mounting bracket, flow control valve, bleeder valve, and back pressure valve. Also included is a steel braided whip to attach the filter system to the manifold in order to supply OCA (Oxygen Clean Air) air to the manifold. This filter system is better than the Lawrence Factor Systems and is much more compact than the Lawrence filter towers making them easier to use int he field if you so choose.
10) Whip to drive the gas booster from a high pressure air source such as a scuba cylinder. Makes using the entire system out in field much easier - no electricity required. This whip includes the following:
a. Pressure regulator to reduce high pressure air source to low pressure drive gas. Regulator was designed so it can be attached to a Yoke or DIN valve. (Gas Boostger only requires 150 PSI max to drive the system. This 150 PSI drive pressure can generate fill pressures to 9,000 PSI therefore allowing the fill operator to move and put gases in any order and on top of any storage cylinder pressure desired)
b. 150 PSI over pressure protection valve (Blow off valve to protect the booster from accidental over pressurization)
c. Bleed valve
d. 1/4 turn booster control valve for turning the booster on and off
e. Analog supply pressure gauge on the regulator
f. Analog drive pressure gauge on the regulator
g. High pressure quick disconnect for attaching whip to booster
11) Included is two additional steel braided fill whips allowing you to use the gas booster completely independent of the manifold and/or cascade system. Typically you might use one for the supply cylinder and the other for the receiver cylinder. This is handy for filling one cylinder from another but still needing to boost the gas to achieve rated fill pressures. Each whip includes an analog gauge for monitoring gas pressures, bleeder valve, and whips can be converted from Yoke to DIN connections for cylinder attachment. Also each whip includes a high pressure quick disconnect for attachment to the gas booster.
12) Included is one additional steel braided fill whip with high pressure quick disconnects on both ends. This whip is used on the partial pressure manifold to boost any of your gases from the cascade system or the whip can be used to trans fill any two cylinders with the included two Yoke/DIN quick attach adapters.
You will be hard pressed to find a more complete or flexible partial pressure gas blending system that this unit. It is flexible enough to be used full time in a shop or you can carry all or part of it out into the field with you. Would be a great system for any number of uses such as a shop fill station, or the diver who wants to explore remote locations or for teaching the disciplines of basic and advanced gas blending. If purchased seperately this set-up would cost you several thousand dollars more that this package.
