Ok, so I have a question that might be stupid or obvious to the ones that actually live near/in tropic saltwater, but.. I dont :p

I found this fish fairly shallow on a middle of the day dive in Sharm El Sheikh on a "local dive".
There was some nice colorful parrotfish in the area but this one seemed a bit different to the multicolored pretty parrotfish and it also seems somewhat slimmer although its got some of the same stuff going on. It also seems generally a bit smaller. So the question is basically wether or not this is infact a parrotfish and if it is, do they actually change color radically while growing?

Oh yes, that's a scarid.

Their colour patterns can vary based on sex, sexual maturity, *emotional state*, and activity level.

Thank you very much. My guess wasnt so bad then :)
