Palau vs Yap?

If diving Palau, it is worth diving Yap?

Also, is there a 3 day schedule live aboard (not $$ charter) in Palau? I don't relish the 1 hr transit to dive sites from the shore dive ops, but I don't have enough time to spend 7 days on a live aboard

I think so, but try to do more than just manta dives.
