Palau January or late March/April

Hi guys,

I got the chance to go to Palau and Maldives in either January or late March/April. Im not sure how I should plan my trips, first Palau in January and then in late March/early April Maldives or vice versa? What would you recommend in terms of diving conditions and weather?

Will see what others say , but weather is fairly similar in Palau those periods . There are some spawning events that you might try to catch , but I think those are more lunar cycle driven than time of year driven (I have never been around for those , but I know they exist ). I think parts of Maldives are very seasonal. You might investigate that end of things if you aren’t already .
