Palau Hotel - Penthouse

Has anyone stayed at the Penthouse hotel in Koror? I will be staying there in May before I board the Aggressor.

I have stayed there many times. The rooms are large and the rooms on the upper floors have been newely remodled, with new split air-cons as they call them in Palau. The owners are real nice and the resturant is ok for a quick breakfast.
The Ben Franklin store is close by and the cheapest place on Island to by T-shirts
The hotel is used mainly by people from nearby islands. I feel it is the best value on Palau for a place to stay.

I was quoted a rate of $67.50 + 10% tax.

I think the last time I was there it was about $60 plus 10% tax hasn't gone up much. Catherine96821 when is your next dive trip? where to?? I'm thinking Bali in July (its winter there then) as a surprise trip for our anniversary. Don't tell the wife!
I think the Penthouse is much nicer than West Plaza. I would take a taxi to PPR and catch the boat to Sam's
