Will be in Palau in March for 11 days and will be diving for 7 or so and am looking for recommendations for dive shops. I've gone with Sam's and thought they were great but wondering if I should consider any others. I'm travelling with my brother and he'll need a refresher if that impacts your suggestions in any way.
