Ok, so last night we decided to do a night dive at a local quarry. As soon as I put my head underwater, I got a bad pain under my jaw (right under where my tongue is). After going deeper and clearing my ears more often, the pain would go away somewhat, but it was there the whole dive. As I would ascend some, then drop back down, I would know I would need to clear because the pain would come back. Keep in mind, I know when to clear, and do it often anyway.

I did notice that when I would go into a vertical stance that I could hear a hissing noise in my nose... congestion maybe caused this? I wasn't congested at all before the dive however. All I know is, this morning both of my ears feel clogged, and the middle of my forehead feels heavy?? I spit up some blood this morning too, it had some mucus in it..

I'm guessing it was just congestion that I didn't notice until I started to dive? Sinus infection maybe? I only went to 11', as this is as deep as the quarry gets :D
