In case anyone is interested, PADI is introducing "Women's Dive Day," an annual day in mid-July to celebrate women in diving and their contributions to the sport. There are over 225 events currently scheduled for July 18, 2015.
If interested in joining an event, you can search by location at www.padi.com/women-dive or email womendive@padi.com if you want to organize a dive or event. Check back often as events are added daily. There is also a headline event on Catalina Island, which is listed on the event registry.
