Not necissarily, try here:MikeFerrara:No, you have to buy them and they aint cheap. Oh, you have to be a PADI pro also
That's not what the standards provide - at least not SSI's. The standards cover things like, How old do you have to be for course X? How many students per instructor in the water? etc.xagudo:Really?? No wonder why PADI is known for the "put your bucks and will get you diving" philosophy. Training Standards should be available for anyone who wishes to attend a SCUBA class, so you´ll know what you´re supposed to be taught.
