Well it looks like PADI found a buyer.....

I don't think much will change with PADI on the ground. The group was probably looking for steady cash flow and some small growth, they aren't going to be making any radical changes to the formula.

Value more like a tenth of that I would have thought. Did not Providence buy PADI less than a year ago?

2 years ago, and PADI prints cash. It was a bunch of do-gooders who bought it, I think the Wall Street Journal said it was mostly for the project aware aspect of it.
