I have e-mailed two different PADI e-mail addresses with questions over the last three days. How long does it usually take to get an answer? It says within 48 hours on the site. But, obviously that isn't completely true.

Why bother with email? Call them.
It may depend on the question asked. I have had emails returned the next day and on a couple occassions it took more than a week.
As an instructor I prefer emails, that way I have record and can refer back to it if need be.
Making the call as toddthecat mentioned works also.

Keep in mind, the last three days were a Saturday, a Sunday, and a holiday, so that may have something to do with it.

2-3 days is typical from my experience. If its more important than that I call.

After six days someone informed me that somebody will get back to me shortly.
