PADI Pro section on PADI website

Can anyone explain how I can set up an account to purchase "PADI BRANDED" merchandise on the PADI Pro section? When I clicked on the link, it says "Create account | Sign in" and when I fill in the fields and hit enter, it responded with "Please check your email address and try again."

I verified the email in "My account" section and its the same emailed I entered but I can never sign in nor "create account" as the latter does not seem to actually exist. Can someone please advise?

I guess the first question is are you a PADI Pro?

Usually your user name is your name exactly as it is on your DM card, along with your 6 digit DM number.

Edit. That was the old pro website. Have you created your account, and waited for PADI to e-mail you a temp password?
