Assistance needed from PADI. My issue is an inability to sign up and pay for E-Learning.
I completed E-Learning for my OW in the fall of 2015. So I have a username and password. I can successfully log in to E-Learning to access my OW course (until Oct. 2016). I can log in to PADI.COM as well.
The issue arises when I attempt to purchase an "Enriched Air" E-Learning class. No matter how I come at it, I get the same response: "That email address and password combination does not exist on our database".

Doesn't matter if I go through the link on my LDS to get to the PADI site, or start at PADI.COM, log in (which I can do), the result is the same as outlined above.
Now it just gets funny. There is a link "I forgot my password" that when clicked, takes me to a page where I am supposed to provide an answer to a question that PADI won't tell me. PADI's website indicates that I entered a security question and answer. They want me to answer but won't tell me the question, Doesn't really matter as I know what my password is. I can log into PADI.
No problem, there is a link that states: If you are stuck, please contact "customerservice@padi.com" So I did. Even gave them my PADI #. I did receive a confirmation email from PADI that indicated that my request for assistance was received and that "most queries are answered within 24 hours."
Not mine. The email also states "it can sometimes take us up to 48-72 hours to respond." Apparently.
All I want to do is purchase a course from PADI. I'm trying to give PADI money and can't do it. Gotta be a first.

If you are expecting a response directly from PADI here, it won't happen.

Have you tried calling them directly with your issue? Phone: 800 729 7234 (US and Canada), +1 949 858 7234. From my experience they are pretty responsive on the phone.
