Apparently you are allowed to bounce between the two organizations freely for "recreational" courses. My question is would the EFR and rescue diver be considered recreational or part of the "go pro" program? I'm just looking to save a bit of money if I can as I'm doing my DM on Malapascua with Evolution in March and would like to have these certs done before hand. I'll be on the road for 8 months by the end of it, hence why I'm attempting to save a couple bucks!
