PADI Americas seeks a personable, highly knowledgeable and charismatic leader with unbounded energy and commitment to direct PADIs Field Services and Sales department. In this role, the individual will coordinate and use the appropriate PADI resources to help make PADI Members more profitable, and to help expand PADI Membership. The individual needs significant prior sales leadership experience to guide the dive industrys premier sales and customer services team.
Prior dive center or resort management or ownership experience is desired, PADI Course Director preferred, but not required. Through a record of success, this Director will mentor PADI Americas Regional Managers and inside sales team to provide world class customer service. Using proven business strategies, the person must carry through enthusiasm for diving, PADI programs and PADI products within the PADI family and the dive community in general. The Director will be an advocate for both PADI Retail and Resort Members and individual PADI members championing member success as the PADI family leads the way in diver education and dive business support.
The candidate must display a wide array of business knowledge related to social and electronic media and its implementation to business growth, including but not limited to; website development, Facebook, Twitter, ScubaEarth®, Google, and YouTube.
