Just servicing and cleaning and Oceanic PX2 (Scubapro Mk5 clone) for deco oxygen.
Was going to get a new SPG + hose.....then noticed that DGX sell their Oxygen regulator with a button gauge on it.
Seems a good idea to me - no swivel and two less orings.
Any reason not to use one of those button guages on our 100% deco oxygen Reg?

Not if it's big enough that you can actually read it.

Apart from having graduations in very large increments (1000psi) Its my understanding that those tiny gauges are not that accurate to begin with. If all you care about is if its roughly full, then ok but if you care about exactly how much gas you have / measuring SAC rates / or do I really have enough to finish this deco then I reckon go for a standard gauge.
