i'm planning to build a HID light head existing of the DIY components offered by Oxycheq. My problem is that i don't know if the ballast will fit in my existing cannister.
Oxycheq says it is Brightstar model 6B21000001, but i can't find any information on the manufacturer site. Google was no help either.
Ballast and igniter are separated. The igniter will go in the light head and the ballast in the battery cannister.
I think the same ballast is mentioned in these projects: 270230-diy-hid-light-rebuild.html in the DIY forum. I can't post URLs until i reach 5 posts so i can just give you the thread number/title.
So does anybody know the dimensions of the ballast?
The dimensions of the required o-rings and the test tube would be very helpful, too
