OW Class In/Near Bella Vista, Arkansas?

Does anyone have any recommendations on where to get OW certification in the Bella Vista, Arkansas area (near Bentonville)?

My sister-in-law is thinking of signing my brother up for his birthday. he has expressed interest in the past, but day to day family obligations (three kids) have kept him from doing it. There is a slight chance the family may be moving back to NC, but even if they don't, it would be nice to be able to dive with him when they visit, or if we go somewhere else together. They are planning a beach trip to NC this summer.

It probably would not be feasible to get him certified here during a visit, but I guess it might be possible for him to do his OW dives here after doing the pool/class work back home.

Anyone have personal experience with the Ozark Scuba Center in Rodgers or Sportsco-Aqua Trek in Springdale?
