Currently, the way my trip is set up, I will have overstayed by 1 day. Has this happened to anyone else and how is it dealt with please (particularly at Denpassar)?

We did this about a year ago. Like everything in Indo, it's no problem, you just have to pay:nyah:. At the time we did it, it cost us Rp300,000 (about USD $20) per day. The figure may have changed, I heard it was going to Rp1,000,000/day.

If, perchance, you pay and the plane does not take off, you will want your money back because you may have to go through the same thing over again if you leave the airport. Get a receipt.

Thanks Bill!

At one point in time I had planned to apply for a 60 day visa but then decided that was too much like work. LOL
