Over Pressure Valve Problem

I have a constant air leak from my BC's over pressure valve at the top of the corrogated hose. This valve has a dump valve intergrated into the over pressure valve. Even when the dump valve is not pulled it purges air from the BC. Any ideas on how to repair.

Sounds like you got sand or dirt in the packing/gland seal. Unscrew it from the bc, clean it and reinstall. This is not an uncommon problem.
