I was wondering if anyone knows of any diving organisations that cater to the very old and frail?

My Granddad is nearing 90, lives in a retirement village and is utterly bored. He's en ex commercial diver an may enjoy getting back into it again if there are groups that can help with all the setting up and aid him getting into the water etc.

I think somewhere in the tropics would be best so a heavy wet suit would not be needed.
