Ordered my xtx200 today, should be here tomorrow and will dive with it Sat.

I've leave my B2 at home and see how the Apeks does.

Report later.

The're like being spoon-fed air from a vestal virgin.

Mine are the best investment I've made in SCUBA.

Having never been spoon fed by a vestal virgin, I can't confirm :)

However, I *really* like my XTX200. Breathes very well and I find the hose routing to be really elegant compared to other regs I see.

I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

I've never dove/owned SP regs, but I do see plenty of them around, so unless you've got a 'lemon' or one just badly tuned from the factory, I'm sure you'll be fine. I own a fair number of regs from several different manufacturers (Atomic / Apeks / Poseidon / Aqualung / Mares) and honestly they've all been just fine, including my 'cheapie' Aqualung Tital LX's, that did just fine @ 150' deep in Cozumel last summer. If push came to shove, my 'fav' regs are my (2) Atomics (M1 and T2) and my (2) Apeks XTX-200's.

got to take the Mk25/G250V set up in the water today....very nice 76-78 degrees. the reg breathed nicely....only went to 110' but i didn't notice any real change in breathing effort. i thought the S600 was nice but i like the G250V better.

Congrats on the XTX200. One of the best regulators on the market. I have to make very little adjustment at depths >100' if any at all. Mine stays for the most part in the same position. Let us know how you like it.
