I was looking for opinion and a recommendation on which back inflated BC guys use I have herd some good stuff about the Zeagle Ranger and the Scubapro Knighthawk or any other BC you thanks for all the help

been diving the zeagle tec for about 7yrs now, hubby has had his for about 10yrs. only recently moved over to bpw and again we both have zeagles

as a plus, if you get a zeagle bc you can move the wing to a backplate, im guessing you can do this with most rear bc's but good to ask the question incase your diving changes in a few years time

cheers

Hey rock,
Not to be crude, but there are countless of posts on this subject. being that it's a technical forum you posted in, the favored is the backplate and wing.
which one depends on how much you want to spend.

look through the forum a bit and search on backplates / wings

Good luck with your search.

Exactly right.

Thus, for tech, I would give you 2 choices:

Deep Sea Supply

-or-

Oxycheq

Do a gogle search on either, and then let the games begin.

I believe Zeagles are great for instructors and D/Ms who do NOT want to be techdivers.

I DM classes in a BP/W. I do it in singles in confined water and doubles in open water. What's the difference?

I dive a Zeagle Tec as a 'technical diver'....great platform for any size doubles..I use a full Zeagle plate with it instead of the 2 small plates for mounting the doubles. I also use the Tec for a large single steel HP130...works fine for this large single. The Zeagle Tec is a hybrid style bc well adapted for serious sport or technical kits. Its design and cut are different from the Ranger. The Zeagle bp/w are well designed and very functional also.

heheheeh - well i will say hubby never wears his zeagle stuff when teaching as he is oceanic sponsored... but for his private diving he even has a zeagle bpw on his rebreather :D

Zeagle 'rocks'!!
